Keeping You Secure
Union Square is dedicated to your financial security. We will never call and ask for your username and password. We will never ask for personal identifying numbers, such as your Social Security Number or card number. And, we will never ask to access your online banking remotely to deposit an item for you. We encourage you to help us keep your information safe. Here are some things you can do.
- Do not give out your username and password to anyone. If they don’t have it already, they do not need it. It is yours and yours alone.
- Do not log into your online banking and conduct transactions for someone else. Only conduct your own transactions and not the instructions offered by a caller to you. There is no lottery, no cash coming back, and no incentive for you.
- Do not deposit checks for others with the intent to wire or give part of the money back to another person, including purchasing gift cards. The check will return nonsuffient funds (NSF), and you will be out the amount of the check plus the money you sent them.
- Hang up immediately if asked for anything unusual or personally identifiable information. Call Union Square directly at 940-720-8000 or 800-600-7515 and speak to one of our representatives.
We are looking out for you and your financial needs. Please help us keep your money safe.
