Shep Your Virtual Assistant

Effective December 31, 2024, our legacy phone banking service will officially retire and transition to our new virtual assistant, Shep, available at (940) 720-8000. We want to ensure you are fully prepared for this change. Shep offers the same services you’ve come to rely on plus more.

How do I login?

Important: Instead of entering your account number and PIN, you will now call from the phone number on file within your account and verify your identity using your full Social Security Number (SSN) and a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via email or text.

Note: You will only be able to access Shep via the phone number on file within your account, this is for security purposes. Additionally, to receive your One-Time Password, your email address and/or text-capable phone number on file must be up to date, or you will not be able to receive your password and access the system. Your information can be verified and updated within our desktop online banking platform or by visiting any of our branches.

How to Use Shep:

Simply call (940) 720-8000 and Shep will guide you every step of the way. You can tell Shep what you need or use the keypad options below to quickly get what you need:

Press 1 for account balance, or say "Account Balance."
Press 2 for money transfers, or say "Transfer Money."
Press 3 for transaction history, or say "Transaction History."
Press 4 for deposit status, or say "Deposit Status."
Press 9 for the directory, or say "Directory."

Additional Features:
Shep can also assist with many other things such as: payments, routing numbers, hours and locations, loan inquiries, plus more! Just tell Shep what you need and he'll guide you.

Prefer to wait in line? You can always say "Representative" to be transferred to the queue to speak directly with a Union Square employee. Please note - this will increase your overall call time. We encourage you to try Shep for faster service without the wait.
