Updates to ATM and ITM Access
Dear Valued Member,
As ATM usage nationwide continues to decline, we recently completed updates to our ATM/ITM fleet based on a thorough analysis of transaction patterns. These updates included the decommissioning and relocation of select ATMs and ITMs.
We continue to make strong investments in our team, our online and mobile banking tools, our physical facilities, this community, and in empowering our members to access their finances and receive answers as quickly and conveniently as possible. These adjustments allow us to continue providing the best possible member experience today and into the future.
The following ATMs and ITMs have been removed:
- Sheppard Access Rd.
- Hobby Lobby parking lot
- Catarina Court
- Holliday Branch Lobby ITM (drive-thru ITMs remain available)
- Noncommissioned Officer Academy – SAFB (Building 1900)
- Callfield – Burlington parking lot
Relocations and additions:
- The Kemp Branch Lobby ITM has been relocated to our Lending Center.
-
A new ITM has been added at our Burk Branch to expand access and convenience for our members.
