Updates to ATM and ITM Access

Dear Valued Member,
As ATM usage nationwide continues to decline, in early December 2025, we will decommission or relocate a portion of our ATM/ITM fleet based on a thorough analysis of transaction patterns. We continue to make strong investments into our team, our online banking, our physical facilities, this community, and empowering our members to get access to and answers about their finances as quickly as possible. This adjustment allows us to continue to provide our members with the best possible experience today and for years to come.

The following ATMs and ITMs will be removed:

  • Sheppard Access Rd.
  • Iowa Park beside Harvey's Restaurant
  • Hobby Lobby parking lot
  • Catarina Court
  • Holliday Branch Lobby ITM (ITMs in drive-thru will remain open)
  • Noncommissioned Officer Academy - SAFB (Building 1900)
  • Callfield – Burlington parking Lot

Also, the Kemp Branch Lobby ITM will be relocated to our Lending Center.
