New Mobile App Update

Coming February 15:
Two apps become one! Enjoy the best features of the Union Square Card Agent app within an updated and expanded Union Square CU Mobile Banking app—coming soon!

After the update on February 15, new features will be found by tapping My Cards from inside the Union Square Credit Union mobile banking app. You'll still retain all the features you love from the Union Square Card Agent app, including:

  • Transaction notifications
  • Enriched transactions to clearly see where purchases are made
  • Recurring payment visibility for subscriptions and cards on file with merchants
  • Controls and alerts for location, merchant type, and spending limit preferences
  • Simplified reporting of lost or stolen cards
  • Expense tracking by month, category, and more

What Do I Need to Do Before the Update?
To ensure a seamless upgrade and transition, members will not be able to access the Union Square Card Agent app after Tuesday, February 14. Please plan accordingly.

If you haven't already, download the Union Square CU Mobile Banking app and set up an account.

What Do I Need to Do After the Update?
When you access the Union Square CU app on or after February 15, the app may require a few minutes to update. Then, simply tap My Cards within the mobile banking app and see all the new features, enable alerts, and manage existing controls carried over from the Union Square Card Agent app.
